Learning objective (title for books): To use expanded noun phrases to add extra details to my writing. 

1. Complete the grammar warm up activity sheet.

I’ve included the answer sheet so that you can check answers afterwards.

 

 2. Go through the presentation.

 3. Expanded noun phrase hunt activity sheet.

Find and highlight/underline the expanded noun phrases in the text. Don't worry about writing them out afterwards, just move on to the next activity.

 

 4. Using expanded noun phrases.

Use the pictures and word banks to help you create your own expanded noun phrases. Remember those wow words!
