Morning Teams- Welcome/Catch-Up Session- 9:10- 9:40
Please join in our live session where we can say our morning prayer, I will share our learning activities for today and we can complete Wake and Shake together.
We will also be reading chapter 5 from Romans on the Rampage. We can't wait to see you all!

Miss Green's Group- LO: To begin to write the build up for the BFG
In today's lesson you will generate precise vocabulary to use in our writing. We will use this vocabulary to orally rehearse our writing of the build-up.

Please check the overview for each day and just complete those activities.

This week you will be completing a mixed multiply and divide by 3 test on Friday. Please login to either TTRockStars or at Timestables to practise your 3 times table multiplication and division facts.

Blue and Green Groups- LO: To subtract two 3 digit numbers.

The worksheet is attached below that you can print off and complete alongside the lesson or you can just write the answers in your homework books. There is also a base ten blocks website to help to you visualise and subtract the numbers at Dienes Blocks (mathsbot.com) that you might like to use alongside the video activities.
Orange Group- LO: To add and subtract two 2-digit numbers.

Yellow Group- LO: To add and subtract multiples of ten.

Red Group- LO: To add a 1-digit number to a teens number using known facts.

For those of you that like a challenge, please find included in the folder some maths challenges and activities to complete if you have finished your work.

Please find below your new spellings for this week and activity sheets that need to be spread over the week.
Miss Green's and Mr Webster's groups- Please complete handwriting practise with your spelling words today, either in your homework books or on the sheet attached. Remember if you are using the sheets- lower case letters should be inside the blue lines and ascenders/descenders nearly touch the red lines.
Ms Bell and Mrs Raja's groups- Please complete handwriting during this time as you complete your spelling activities during phonics in the mornings.

LO: To design a Roman shield
As part of our Romans Topic, this week I would like you to design your own Roman shield!
Please see attached an information power point all about Roman shields and a design sheet to complete. If you have cardboard, paints and materials available then you could even make your own shield model! I would love to see photographs of your finished shields!
