PE- 21 minute Challenge! 2:00 - 3:00

Every week I am gong to share a weekly challenge with you that will help you achieve your 21 minutes of continuous activity for the week.

Week 5 challenge is Urban Orienteering!

This will run over the half term and there is also a photography competition too.

All the information letters are attached in the folder below with a link to the orienteering maps too.

The winners for each competition will receive an Amazon voucher!

'Rossendale School Sports Partnership' are challenging everyone (children and adults) to remain active and achieve at least 21 minutes of physical activity every day during lockdown. With our daily PE activities we are already achieving this so anything extra is a bonus!

If parents/carers are on Facebook, they can post a photo or video of any activity you've taken part in to achieve the 21 minutes of exercise (this includes this week's challenge work out video). Find 'Rossendale School Sports Partnership (RSSP)' on social media by searching ‘Rossendalessp’ or click on the link:

https://www.facebook.com/Rossendalessp/

Tag RSSP in your posts and use the hashtags #21MinuteChallenge #HealthySelfie or direct message them with your photos.

You can find a form to record your 21 minutes of exercise daily on the following link if you haven't done so already:
