PE- 21 minute Challenge!
Every week I am gong to share a weekly challenge with you that will help you achieve your 21 minutes of continuous activity for the week. This weeks challenge is football!! Please see information on each football skills activity in the 'Week 4 Challenge' letter below where there is also links to demonstration videos too.
For 'Children's Mental Health Week' RSSP have also set a challenge for you to complete a '5 ways to wellbeing' diary this week- see details attached below. It would be great if you could complete this and share some of your activities during our longer Teams session on Friday afternoon! There is even a chance of winning an Amazon voucher if you share your activities/diary with RSSP.
'Rossendale School Sports Partnership' are challenging everyone (children and adults) to remain active and achieve at least 21 minutes of physical activity every day during lockdown. With our daily PE activities we are already achieving this so anything extra is a bonus!
If parents/carers are on Facebook, they can post a photo or video of any activity you've taken part in to achieve the 21 minutes of exercise (this includes this week's challenge work out video). Find 'Rossendale School Sports Partnership (RSSP)' on social media by searching ‘Rossendalessp’ or click on the link:
https://www.facebook.com/Rossendalessp/
Tag RSSP in your posts and use the hashtags #21MinuteChallenge #HealthySelfie or direct message them with your photos.
You can find a form to record your 21 minutes of exercise daily on the following link if you haven't done so already:
