Monday 1st February 2021
Good Morning Class 3!
I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready for another fun week of learning!
This week is 'Children’s Mental Health Week' which is SO important right now. This year’s theme is Express Yourself!
It’s important to remember that being able to express yourself is not about being the best at something or putting on a performance for others. It is about finding a way to show who you are, and how you see the world, that can help you feel good about yourself.
For Children's Mental Health Week 2021 we will be encouraging our children to explore the different ways they can express themselves. We will use creative activities to help our children share their feelings, thoughts and ideas.
Each day will involve completing a small activity based around this theme in the afternoons and on Friday we are going to have an 'off normal timetable' day where we we be completing lots of fun and creative activities.
Spellings and times tables tests will be moved forward to next Monday
Parents/Carers- please find below the daily timetable of activities for today. There are links to resources underneath each lesson which can either be printed or completed in homework books.
Please continue to email me with evidence of your child's learning at least once a week.
Below are some more examples of work I received last week, another great obstacle course video and even a member of class 2 joined in with our shield designs too!
Well done everyone!
